Very interesting webinar. Enjoyed hearing about all of the initiatives and the phases that the programs went thru to get to their goal. From U of I It was interesting that they had less food loss when they stopped the practice of fixing all the food in the morning. Going real time preparing food was something my mom did as chief dietician at Rantoul Air Force Base in 1941-1942 so the hospital patients when they came thru the line got hot just prepared breakfast and dinner steaks, burgers etc. they loved it!
